When I got direct tvat home I figured we’d be watching a lot of movies and hanging out together eating popcorn and all that but what’s really happened is that all of a sudden we’re watching way more sports than ever before! I know it sounds crazy but I’ve gotten really into football and even soccer seems to be holding my attention like I never thought it would. It helps that I’ve got 4 men living in my house and that’s all that’s ever on TV and I think part of it is that I like all of us to be together in the same room and that’s easiest to do on Saturdays when there’s a game on now. I just love that there’s something, anything out there that can get my three teenage boys in a room together no matter what it is! My husband’s great, too, and he’s made sure we have at least one movie night a week to placate my need to watch old Hollywood films. He’s always thinking of my feelings like that!

So, I am supposed to do an entry about door kick plates, and for the life of me I can’t think of a single thing to write about them. *LOL* This does happen, no matter the keywords, it’s sometimes hard for me to construct a post around them, or even construct a story using certain keywords.
My mind is fogged today I suppose. Clouded with all that I should be doing. There are two bedrooms that need a thorough cleaning before Friday. Plus I need to get dinner started, so we can eat before soccer practice tonigh, and I suppose tomorrow is my day to go to Iola, ugh, just too much going on….

The writing Tablet sat staring blankly in front of her. She had to write a 500 word story for a creative writing class, and it was due in 2 days. Most of the time words and stories flowed into her fingers, making it easy, but not this time.
She had been writing stories for as long as she could remember. Some of her stories had even been published in magazines and newspapers. So why was this so hard??

Well I don’t know about needing restaurant supplies, but I do need some groceries. I went to Iola the other day and got plenty of meat, but I still need veggies and other items. I had planned to go to Sam’s Club to get those things, but Dad doesn’t really think it’d be worth the trip, so I guess I’ll just go to Iola again today for the rest of the food items that I need.
