Well life continues on, with it’s ups and downs, and sometimes I feel as if it’s just a straight road ahead with no good or bad, but just monotony. In any case, it continues on, so we have the good things to look forward to, and the bad things to get through. It’s about all a person can do I suppose.
The girls started school last week, and the excitement holds for them. They started out in 4th and 3rd grade, but the principal and teachers talked to me about moving them each back a grade, as I had told them when I registared them that I did not know at what skill levels they were working at. In any case they both could have done the work of 3rd and 4th grade, but it would have been hard for them, so the teachers and principal thought that it would be beneficial for them to move back a grade in order to settle in with easier work, and I agree that it was probably a wise decision. I want my kids to like school, and learning, and if everything is extremely hard than it takes the love of learning away, so I’m okay with this. The girls were a bit disappointed in the beginning but have been settling in well, and are as excited as ever every morning to be going to school. Behavior has not been an issue at all with either of them, of which I am very happy and proud of them. They are still settling into the school routine though and sometimes forget that they are supposed to bring papers home or put their library books in a basket, but I know that in another few weeks all will be well.
It seems these weeks that I have been running the road constantly. Going here and there, doing this and that, but I think things are starting to slow down. We went to Kansas City earlier in the week to get the girls new glasses (thank Dad for helping with that), tomorrow I’m planning a trip to Topeka to go to Sam’s Club and Walmart. Next week Meg has an appointment on Monday after school and it’s possible that will be going to Kansas City again, but I rather think that will be the next week.
Things here have their ups and downs. Living with/staying with other people is always hard as we all have our own ways of doing things. We survive though.
Dad is planning on taking a week off in September and I’m very excited about this, as I do love spending time with him, and plans are to work with the horse a lot that week, which is always fun. We’ve done a lot of talking these past weeks while I’ve been here, and it certainly reminded me why I love him so much and that I’ve really missed our close relationship.
In other news, I wrecked my car a few weeks ago. I didn’t really total it, but damaged it enough that it was better for me to send it to a junk yard, and start looking for another car. I can’t even say how it happened really, other than I didn’t see the person in front of me stop to make a turn, and so rear-ended them. No one was hurt which is always a blessing. I do miss my car though, as I really loved that car, but it was only a car, and can be replaced.
Hmm, what else to talk about….Nothing that I can really think of for the moment, so I think I’m going to sign off for now.

How many entries can you do on the same subject? I’ve had many keywords pertaining to diet pills. I try to be inventive when doing these entries, but I have trouble after awhile presenting a new take on the keywords. Just to say “yes I like diet pills” or “no I don’t” or even doing story like entries becomes old, as I have trouble knowing something new to say.

Well she now had everything except the kitchen sinks. Of course not all of the painting and flooring and such was done yet, but she had all the supplies she needed except the kitchen sinks. She had the house imagined down to the last detail, furniture, paint and carpet colors, she even knew exactly what kitchen sinks she wanted. It would be a beautiful house.

The lighting fixtures were on order, and would be arriving within the next couple of days. She had spent hours going through the catalogs looking at all there was available and finally deciding on what she wanted for each room. The old house was finally coming together. It wouldn’t be long before another dream of hers would be complete. She had been working on re-doing the house for months now.

Choosing the best eye cream for wrinkles wasn’t something she thought a lot about at her age. But her Mom had called her today sounding rather down and depressed, so she had thought to stop by the local bath and beauty store and make up a basket of scented soaps, bubble bath, wrinkle cream and whatever else she saw that struck her fancy. She had done this a few other times for other people and had always received raving thanks for the wonderful baskets that she put together. She also made a mental note to spend more time with her Mom.

The Naot womens shoes display was finally done. The last thing on her agenda to accomplish and it was finally done so she could go home and put her feet up and relax for awhile. She had been putting in some very long hours lately in preparation of getting her store opened, and now the time had come….Tomorrow was the big day. She was excited as well as anxious to see her dream come true.

Ahh the age of technology. Once upon a time cassette players were the “in” thing, and then came cd players, and now you only need Mp3 players. They started out about the size of a cell phone, and now you can get them about the size of a half dollar. I personally would probably lose something so small, but I do admitt that they seem to be nifty little gizmos.

She placed the cardboard displays in place for the presentation and breathed a sigh of relief. Weeks of long hours and hard work were now coming to a close. All she had to do now was get through the next few hours and the biggest career move of her life would be done. This presentation would put her at the top of her field.

Finding cheap term life insurance no exam isn’t always easy. Those of us with health problems are often doomed to no life insurance, or it ends up being very expensive. I can’t say it’s fair, though I do understand why companies do it that way. I like the idea of not having to have an exam and I’d like more companies to do things this way.

Trying to get this order of Stimerex ES completed and delivered was more problematic than she had ever thought possible. Her regular suppliers were out, so she had to track down another supplier. They said they had some in stock, but were behind on deliveries, so it would be another 2 weeks before they could deliver to her. She had made the deal to come and pick it up herself, but after arriving the warehouse had no idea what she was supposed to get, and how much. It was one big mess and she was so frustrated that she just wanted to run away and hide.
