Continuing On
October 8th, 2008 -- Posted in Family News | 1 Comment »Well all, it’s been a busy day, a busy life in fact. Had to go to Kansas City again, to get Meg new glasses, well actually to pick up her new ones. While we were there we dropped off the pair that Des had broken, so we will be going back in a few days to pick them up.
Tuesday was a trip out to my sister’s house for her to help me with a problem, that ended up taking us HOURS to figure out. But while we were there, I got to play with her litter of kittens. I say litter, but there were only 3. I will probably be taking anywhere between 1 and all 3 of them, as they have problems. 2 of them were born with defects…It’s really hard to explain, but we’ll just say that Bubble and I won’t abandon them to the outdoors, because there would be no way they could survive outside. One of them only has one leg that is messed up, but the other one, both of it’s front legs are messed up. They both are still healthy enough, and get around well enough, but would not be okay outside. The third little one is such a darling!!! Appears to have escaped any defects, and is a fine and fit fellow, except that right now he is scared of everything, including his own shadow!! I’m just so taken with him that I might bring him home too!!
Well anyway, continuing on with my other work for now…I’ll return when I can!!
