I’ve always thought myself fairly well educated, and yet, it is suprising to me the words that I don’t know. Like this one…I had no idea what “ellipticals” meant, and really I still don’t, since I haven’t looked it up in a dictionary, but at least I have some idea what it pertains to now. *shakes head* You know, it’s hard enough keeping up on things, but than companies use words for their brand or model names, and just sends me into confusion. I think they are talking about something else, when in fact they are just talking about their latest product name.

My first thought for this post is what in the world is a hammock chair?? And than I realized that it really doesn’t matter much…the fact of the matter is that the kids would probably like it, if it is anything like the hammocks I’m thinking of, but I probably would not. I have never been fond of not having free movement of my body, even when I’m lounging around relaxing. Another point that makes it not matter so much, is the fact that money is short, and so I’m only looking at necessaties right now, not things that aren’t needed.

I’ve been sitting here for an hour now….sat down to get some work done, so I can get it done and move on to studying, cleaning house, and the million other things that I have to do, but now, and hour later I only have gotten 1 work assignment done. I still have 9 more to do, and well, I’m already out of energy and desire to get them done, but onward I push….

More later….

A world of travel awaits me. It’s something I’ve always wanted to do….to be able to travel all over the world. To see the world with my own eyes. To stay in different hotels all over the world as well. I know that you think that’s silly, to be excited about hotels, but I know that some hotels hold the art, and allure of their countries right in their lobbies. I want to stay in places like Copenhagen Hotels. To see the sights in Copenhagen, and surrounding areas….In the spring I think….I can imagine the beauty from my livingroom as we speak.

Ireland Hotels are another that hold my interest. I have wanted to go to Ireland since I was a small child watching the John Wayne movie “The Quiet Man”, co-starring of course was “Maureen O’Hara. Ireland, wow, it is undescribible how much I would like to see Ireland one day.

Australia Hotels are another thing I’d like to see….well okay, not just the hotels!! *LOL* I would like to visit the outback, see the animals, go to museums and zoos, and see all the sights of Australia…..

Someday, someday maybe I can go to these places.

Well, I’ve gotten 5 out of 14 assignments done….More importantly, I got the ones done that needed to be done immediately!! I still have acouple to do before Monday, but those will have to wait for another night/day/morning…*LOL*…It is 1am here, and I am exhausted!!

We have a full day planned for tomorrow, or should I say later today, with a family picnic out at a nearby lake, and watching the fireworks that the county or whoever puts on. What’s more, it is a picnic with our other, newly reaquainted family (the girl’s father’s family). *LOL* Ange called me the other day and asked me if I planned on attending the picnic with the girls, and I said “yeah. why?” She told me that she had talked to her Mom that day, which would be the girl’s Great Grandma, and GGma had told Ange that if I didn’t plan on attending that Ange was supposed to talk me into it. *LOL*…Anyway, the girls will have fun. From what I’ve heard, the whole family is supposed to be there, and that means ALOT of people, because they have a big family!!! The best part is that the girls’ Grandma or Nana as we call her, does not have to work at all, so they will get to spend the whole day together, which is rare. Anyway, they are really excited about going, so that means I need to get to sleep, because the last time that we had plans to go to Nana’s, the girls woke me up at 6:30a to ask if it was time to go yet…*LOL*

Love and Hugs to all my friends!!!

When I hear the term “home theater chairs” I can’t help but think of the fold up, uncomfortable chairs that you find in most theaters. *LOL* I know that isn’t necessarily what they are talking about, but I just can’t help myself.

Do you ever have that problem?? You hear something, and no matter what they are actually talking about, you have your own “vision” of what you think it means…

Have you ever noticed how expensive cats are?? I hadn’t really noticed it until lately…It seems as if I’ve had to take one or the other of my cats on a weekly basis….that is not true in reality, but it sure seems like it lately. It all started last year when my Orangie fractured his leg somehow or another….That wasn’t too expensive really, except for xrays….but than my beloved Chubby got sick. I had to take him in several times for exams, medicines, and finally…to be put down. A sad day for sure….I still miss him, and probably always will…such a loving cat, who liked nothing more than to sit with you on the couch and be petted, or to be laying on the end of the bed where the sun shines…His fur would be so warm and soft, and he would purr so loud and roll around in the sun…*S*

Here lately it’s been Mr. Fuzzy that has been to the Vet numerous times. Finally though, it seems we have his condition under control, with a change of diet that took us months to find. But every trip costs money you know.

Earlier in the year I took my Yeti into get fixed…NO MORE KITTENS!!!! *LOL* And than just this week I took in Orangie to get fixed, as he was starting to fight with my Mr Fuzzy. Fuzzy is too old to get fixed, so Orangie got volunteered…a bit unwillingly on his part I might add…He is still miffed at me for taking him…*LOL*

In any case…it’s not just the cat supplies that are expensive, but the Vet bills as well…but you know what?? I wouldn’t get rid of my cats unless it was a serious situation!!! They bring so much joy and comfort to my life!!

Oh man, the faucets were leaking again!!! She had already tried to fix them three different times, but they continued to leak. Well, okay, techniquely they quit leaking for about a week after she fixed them, but would always start leaking again. *sigh*….She didn’t have money to replace them, which is really what they needed, but that would have to wait.

Someday….someday……….. she always told herself……….she wouldn’t have to scrimp and save every penny. Someday she would have a decent job, so she could pay for the $40 that it would take to replace the faucets.

Well, it’s officially the 4th now. 12:15am, and I am exhausted….to much time stressing and worrying, along as much time spent praying. Things haven’t been going according to plan since I quit my job, and I have been stressing about it really badly. However things will ease up now. I have gotten a few more months before I need to worry about having to go back to work, in which time, with God’s help, can finish my schooling and be able to work from home.

It really killed me to have to do it this way….I have tried for so many years to stand on my own feet, not have to depend on anyone (except God), for anything….but this was the only way that I saw to be able to stay at home a little longer.

Today was a day of independence so many years ago…I am hoping that this is truly my year of independence. Independence from jobs that take me away from my girls, independence from having to count every penny, and decide whether or not I can treat my girls to a new book or whether I have to keep that money for bills. Help me Lord to make this so…It is something I have yearned for practically my whole life…Help me make this happen.

Yeah, I hadn’t a clue who or what Camel Back was either, but they do things like Trade Show Booths and Banner Stands.

They also sell a full line of custom printed Table Skirts. Which is really cool, because you can have your logo, full color artwork or text message printed on them. I just think that is really cool!!! I’ve seen some really awesome table skirts at different events, but had no idea how a person would be able to have one made.

And in case you are wondering…. Pipe and Drape is used to make the booths used at trade shows. They give exhibitors their own space to exhibit at a show. Inside the booth, exhibitors can add a trade show display (aka: trade show booth), flooring, graphics, banner stands, etc… to finish off their presentation. I had no idea about what “pipe and drape” was, but now I do. In any case Camel Back is there to help with all of those details from design to delivery.
