Feeling like a Failure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did a craft over the weekend that required the use of sissors, which I left laying on the table…Possibly a wrong move on my part, but at some point, I would like to be able to trust my children!!!!! We have continually had a problem with them using sissors when they are not supposed to!! Their sissors, my sissors, it doesn’t matter to them….They will cut papers, clothing, and even one time, a pop can….
They know it is wrong, which is why they try to hide it from me, but I always find out…and they know I always find out….;and they always get in trouble…Have tried punishing them a hundred different ways, they apologize and then acouple of weeks or so later, they do it again…I can’t very well get rid of all the sissors in the house, because I use them too, so what am I supposed to do???????
I have talked to them a million times, telling them that it’s wrong to use sissors without my permission, and the fact that they try to hide it from me is like lying to me, but they don’t seem to care….I tell them that God does not want them to do something that I’ve said they aren’t supposed to do, and again they just don’t seem to care….
I don’t know what I am supposed to do!!!!!!!!!
I am so mad and frustrated right now!!!!
